ROOFING & CLADDING MATERIALS
We compile our building materials as per JIS 3321 & ASTM – 792 standards for PPGL (Pre painted Galvalume)
- ASTMA572 for fabrication of plates , Bars with Yield strength of 250 Mpa
- ASTM –A792 &AS-1397 or equivalent for NCGL (Non-Color Galvalume) conforming to with Yield strength of 550 Mpa
- ASTMA36 for sag rod and angle bracing and all other materials with Yield strength of 250 Mpa
- PUF density 40 kg / M^3
- Roof load capacity 2300kg / sq mtr
MACHINERY (INFRASTRUCTURE)
Following are the machineries/infrastructure currently available. However we invest on new machines with latest technology depending on the project requirements
- Sub Arc welding – 1200Amps
- MIG welding Machine – 400Amps
- Stud Welding Machine – upto 25mm
- Bolt Torquing Machine – upto 2500NM
- Bolt Torquing hand – 1040NM
- Electrical Hoist for lifiting – upto 1MT
- Crane – F15
DESIGN
We have inhouse Design team to cater to our project requirements. We use
AutoCAD software for design activities.
