Grandus Infra Projects Pvt Ltd is one of the leading developers in Bangalore. “Grandus Commercial” is a commercial project coming up at Doddanekundi in east Bengaluru.
This commercial project is spread over 0.9 acres, with a built up area of 1.68 Lakh Sft, having 2 basements, ground and 6 upper floors. It is conventional construction. Currently our scope of work in this project is civil works which includes structure, block work and plastering both on inside and outside of the building.
This has a challenging timeline for completion in 11 months to be handed over in March 2026.
