Grundus Infra Projects Pvt Ltd is one of the leading developers in Bangalore. “Grundus Sanctuary” is one of their iconic projects coming up at Doddanekundi in east Bengaluru near Marathalli bridge.

Grundus Sanctuary is a residential project spread around 2 acres, built up area of 4.4 Lakh Sft, has 3 Blocks (A, B & C) housing 240 units. It is conventional construction having 2 basements, 1 Ground floor and 11 upper floors. Currently our scope of work in this project is civil works which includes Structure, block works and both inside & outside plastering.
