It’s a Net-Zero Energy home development project focusing on sustainability and also on enriching the biodiversity that encircles the homes.

Imperial Build Tech is working on Phase-2 having 250 units in 2 Towers with 2 Basements, Ground and 26 upper floors. Total built up area is 4.9 lakhs sft. The entire construction is using Aluminum form work which is the latest trend in the construction methodology currently. The project duration for our works is 11 months and due for completion in Jan 2025.

Puravankara Projects Ltd., etc., having vast experience in Construction Arena. Presently fully associated and involved in company’s construction and property development activities. With vast experience added with Engineering background he has been actively involved in Planning, Co-ordination, Execution and Completion of projects giving utmost importance to quality, Safety and time schedules.
