SUMO Properties and Housing Pvt Ltd is one of the leading developers in Bangalore. “Echoes of Eden” is one of their flagships Villament project coming up in Navaratna Agrahara (Near BIAL).

Echoes of Eden is a residential project spread over 3.75 acres, built up area of 2.5 Lak Sft, has 3 Blocks (A, B & C) housing 57 units. It is conventional construction having 1 basement, 1 Ground floor and 4 upper floors. Currently our scope of work in this project is complete turnkey which includes right from structure till finishes and handing over.

This has a challenging timeline for completion in 18 months.
